AMERICA IN WORLD WAR I

Discusses the sinking of the Lusitania, American neutrality, why the U.S. entered the war, women and minorities in the war, anti-draft efforts, trench warfare, Wilson’s Fourteen Points, and the Versailles Treaty and League of Nations. Activities: creating propaganda posters, developing a digital timeline focusing on American foreign policy before its entry into WWI, and writing an op-ed article about the Versailles Treaty from the perspective of a historical figure.
