The Internet Filtering Case
The Constitution and Bill of Rights protect free speech for everyone, with notable exceptions such as obscenity and pornography. In this case, which analyzed the Internet and the Childrens’ Internet Protection Act, the question of Internet filtering in libraries was looked at in relatonship to a library as a public forum.
